USD 223 Graduation Requirements

For a student to earn a general diploma from USD 223 they must meet the following requirements.
A student is required to pass twenty-one credits (26 credits will be required starting with the Class of 2013) as stipulated by the Board of Education.
A student earns a ½ credit for each semester.
A student must enroll in and successfully complete the following courses as part of their 21/26 credits.
- Four units of English/Language Arts
- Three units of Social Science
- Three units of Math
- Three units of Science
- One unit of Physical Education
- One unit of Computer Applications
- One unit of Speech
- One unit of Fine Arts
The remainder of credits will be made up of elective courses.
