online enrollment

Online enrollment is available for the 2025-2026 school year. If you enrolled your student online last year you will already have an account when you go to EZSchoolEnroll.  New users will need to click the “Register” button, use your email address on file at the school and follow the instructions to complete the enrollment process.   If you completed an enrollment form at pre-enrollment (kindergarten or pre-school) you will register with the email you used on that form. 

Current St. John's or Linn Lutheran students will not need to complete any online enrollment forms.

New Student Initial Form - ONLY complete this form if you are NEW to the district and have NOT attended a pre-enrollment meeting for Preschool or Kindergarten. Also, if your child attended St. Johns or Linn Lutheran as an 8th grader you do NOT need to complete the new student form. This form is required to be completed prior to accessing the online enrollment portal.  Once you have completed the form you will receive an email and you will be able to register and complete the enrollment process.

Each family must complete a free and reduced lunch application.  You can save time and complete it online before you come in and pay fees. Click on link below. We will also have paper copies available in the school office.

Lastly, stop by your school to pay fees.  Please make sure you have completed the online enrollment process first. 

Hanover Public Schools fee payment dates- August 12th from 11am to 7pm or August 13th from 7am to 2pm

Linn Public Schools fee payment dates- August 4th 8am to 4pm or August 5th 10am - 6pm
