Student Enrollment

If you enrolled your student online last year you will already have an account when you go to EZSchoolEnroll.  If you do not have an account from last year please click the “Register” button, use your email address on file at the school and follow the instructions to complete the enrollment process.  

Preschool students and current St. John's students will not use online enrollment.

Each family must complete a free and reduced lunch application.  You can save time and complete it online before you come in and pay fees. Click on link below. We will also have paper copies available in the school office.

To expedite the fee paying process at the school you can print the medical forms listed below and bring them to the school.   We will also have paper copies available in the school office.

Lastly, stop by the school on August 2, 3 or 4 to pay fees.  Please make sure you have completed the online enrollment process first.  If you are having issues logging in, call the Hanover School at 785-337-2281 or Linn School at 785-348-5531. If you do not have a computer or a phone, there will be computers available at the schools on Thursday and Friday for parents to use.

New Student Initial Form Link - ONLY complete this form if you are new to the district or have not attended a USD 223 preschool. This form is required to be completed prior to accessing the online enrollment portal.  Once you have completed the form you will receive an email and you will be able to register and complete the enrollment process.
