USD 223 is pleased to announce that we will be offering Influenza vaccines on Wednesday the 29th at Hanover from 1:30pm until complete and at Linn on Thursday 9/30 from 1:30 until complete.  We will also have COVID vaccines available if you want your child age 12 and up to receive these.  If you could please notify us before Friday afternoon the 24th at 3:30 so we know how many vaccines we will need.  We will send the consent forms home with your student/s as soon as you notify us that you would like them to receive the vaccines.  There will be information sheets with the consent forms.    If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through your school's phone or you can email me at jtegtmeier@USD223.org.
