Class will be held on August 15th, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; August 16th, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and August 17th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Class will be held at KSDS Training Center, Washington, Kansas.  Participants are required to take the full class every day in order to receive the Hunter’s Safety Certification.

Preregistration for the class is required.  Register at the Law Enforcement Center, 301 B St. Washington, Kansas.  Participants can pick up a student manual from the Law Enforcement Center.  Class size is limited to 40 participants.

There will be a walk through and live firing with firearms and ammunition provided.

Anyone born after July 1, 1957 is required to have a Hunter Education certificate to hunt in the Stat of Kansas.
