KSHSAA Board of Directors recently voted to allow more fans into basketball games STARTING JANUARY 29.
This will be the TVL attendance policy beginning January 29, 2021.
1. Away teams---will be allowed to bring parents/guardians/step parents only and are on the parent/guardian list and will check in at the gate. Individual schools may use the option to limit further if needed.
2. No cheerleaders at away games
3. Home teams----can use what their gym allows as well as county health and school board guidelines. Up to 4 spectators per family, with the gym staying at 50% capacity. Individual schools may use the option to limit further if needed.
In short, away games there is no change except, step parents/guardians will now be allowed to attend as well.
For home games, each participant (players, cheerleaders, managers, coaches) will be given 4 tickets per family to use at their discretion. We must keep our gym capacity at 50% or below. Anyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to gain entrance. Masks and social distancing will still be required.
Congratulations to our HS Girls basketball team as they will compete in the TVL Tournament championship tomorrow against Frankfort at 4:00. This will be streamed on NFHS.

Good luck to our HS Girls as they take on Doniphan West in the TVL tournament semi-finals tonight. The game is at 7:30 and will be shown on the NFHS network.
Also good luck to our JH basketball teams as they travel to Valley Heights tonight. The girls will play in Blue Rapids and that game will be streamed on USD 498 facebook page. The boys will be at the high school and that game will be streamed on the NFHS network.

1/18 - Home JH basketball vs Linn. Games will start at 5:45 (B Team followed by A Team). Boys will be in the HS, girls will be in St. John's. Games will be streamed on Hanover Wildcats Live Youtube channel.
1/18 - TVL Tournament - Boys play Wetmore at 6:00 in Onaga. Game will be streamed on NFHS network. Girls will play Washington County at 7:30 in Frankfort. Game will be streamed on Frankfort's Facebook live.
1/19 - BOYS only JH BB @ Washington County. 4:45 - C Team, 5:45 - B Team, 6:45 - A Team. These games will be streamed on NFHS network.
