
Seniors offered advice for the underclassmen today during a great counseling lesson on effective communication!


Linn High School Juniors had fun today at the Seelye Mansion in Abilene...A great field trip aligning with their American History Studies!






FCCLA attends state conference.



FFA Members competed at the Nursery/Landscape and Floriculture Career Development Event held at Clay Center on 4/17. Linn has two individual medals in Nursery Landscape with Ryan Stunkel placing 4th, Rylan Schaaf placing 7th overall. As a team they ranked 4th with team member Holden Dittmer.
In Livestock Evaluation Deavon Ohlde placed 10th to medal in the Middle School Division out of 71 participants. Other livestock judgers included : Dalton Oehmke, Conrad Winter , Josie Oehmke, Gasvin Herrs, Charlotte Wert, Ximena Cardenas, Alivia Meier and Renat Huerta. As a team they placed 7th.
Greenhands participating included Dylan Ohlde and Brigham Hansen. Sr Team placed 12th with members included Gavin Turk, Will Olson, Nick Rosebaugh and Ethan Bott.











TRACK MEET NOTIFICATION


STEAM completed their kinetic sculpture challenge today. Sculptures had to complete at least one revolution around the track under student power, and incorporate a moving component triggered by the movement of their vehicle.

Advanced Biology wants to thank the elementary students and teachers for letting us share our knowledge of geological time periods. The high school students taught the elementary students about their time period by reading the children's books that they created.





The 7th graders extracted DNA from strawberries today.
