
There will be a meeting at 5:30 pm in the old gym on Wednesday the 20th for all parents and players thinking of going out for high school boys basketball next year to discuss what we have planned for this summer/off-season.

Spanish 2 made a traditional Easter dessert from the Dominican Republic called habichuelas con dulce. They weren’t too sure about a dessert that contains beans, but everyone enjoyed the sweet treat!

Calling all 6th through 8th graders! Join us this summer for K-State's Summer STEAM Virtual Academy. Classes run from June 6th to the 23rd, 9am to 12pm, and will take place right here on Linn campus in Mrs. Olguin's room. The Linn FFA Floriculture team placed 7th at district today in Clay Center. Gunner Turk medaled placing tenth overall. Other members included Ryan Stuenkel and Holden Dittmer.


Congratulations to the Linn FFA Freshmen for winning the NC District Livestock CDE Greenhand Division held in Clay Center today. They judged 8 classes of livestock, took general knowledge exam and gave one set of oral reasons. This is an awesome accomplishment! Individual medalists included Nick Rosebaugh and Ethan Bott. Other team members included Conner Ohlde and Jaxon Welch.

Forensics students competed well at TVL Forensics today with most making it to finals! Carissa placed 5th and Miranda placed 3rd in Prose! Amber placed 4th and Camryn placed 5th in Impromptu! Elise placed 5th in Serious Solo Acting and 6th in Oration! Next up, Regionals on the 23rd!

The Hanover meet at Washington on 4/14 will now start at 11am with field events. The 3200 will kick off running events at 12:30. This will mean we will move our depart time up to 9:50 am. Students will want to pack a lunch. This should allow us to compete in all events before church services.

Congrats to the Agronomy students competing in the District CDE at CCCC Aggie Day. The team placed 3rd overall with Ryan Stuenkel medaling in 4th and Holden Dittmer was 12th.



Due to Linn hosting TVL Forensics on Friday, school will not be in session all day.

Seventh grade enjoyed making pizza in their FACS class last week.

Parents, there will be meeting with all current 5-11 grade students about summer activities tomorrow at 3 pm in the gym. All students interested in participating in sports are encouraged to attend. I will be passing out summer calendars with the summer weight schedule as well as sporting activities planned throughout the summer. Your attendance is not necessary, but want to inform you that you child will be bringing home papers with information on it. If your child is unable to attend, please let Mr. Kuhlman know and I will get information to you. Thanks.
