The Hanover FBLA has collaborated with The Farmer's Daughter to organize a Christmas Event with activities for all ages. Our purpose is not only to celebrate the holiday season as a community, but to also promote small businesses in our town as well. Dental screenings are being provided by Konza Prairie Dental on Wednesday, 11/19 for Pre-K-12 students. If you indicated on the School Health Form (filled out during enrollment) that it was okay for your student to attend the dental screening, they will be screened. If you would like them to receive a fluoride treatment during screening, pleased print and fill out the form below. Return the form by 11/17. If you DO NOT want fluoride treatment, you do not need to fill anything out – your student will NOT receive fluoride treatment unless the form is filled out and returned. If you declined dental screening on the School Health Form (filled out during enrollment), your student will NOT be screened (but may go through the line and receive a free tooth brush). You do not need to fill out any paperwork.

The Hanover FFA is hosting our annual Veterans Day Pancake Feed tomorrow morning from 6:30-8:00 am. Proceeds benefit the Hanover Legion. Please join us in the gym for a warm breakfast!
Following our pancake feed, we will also be hosting a Veterans Day Program. We invite veterans and their families to join us at 9:00 am for breakfast, with the program beginning at 9:30. Students have spent the last couple of weeks reaching out to local veterans. If you have not been contacted, please be sure to reach out to hjohnson@usd223.org or call the school if you are able to make it so a table can be reserved for you and your guests. Hanover High School's FBLA has introduced its FBLA Member of the Month program for the 2025-2026 year. Congratulations to our September Member of the Month, Ethan Kruse. Ethan has gone above and beyond to help fill in the gaps in our football and volleyball concession stand work shifts by working extra shifts grilling hamburgers at several football games. Retake Picture Day is coming up on:
Monday, Nov 10
If you're satisfied with your child's picture, no further action is required.
If you purchased and were unhappy with your Picture Package, please send your Picture Package to school with your student on Retake Day. Your Retake Picture Package will be produced and shipped to the school four weeks after Retake Day. Please note, if your child is photographed on the original and Retake Picture Days, the Retake picture will replace the original picture in certain products, like the yearbook.
Students who were absent for Picture Day should come to school prepared to have their picture taken.
