A Very Merry Mindful Christmas! Mindfulness is the quality or state of being conscious or aware of one’s thoughts, feelings, emotions, and surroundings. It is being truly present in the moment. K-4th grade has been focusing on mindfulness this month in their counseling guidance lessons. Elementary teachers helped reinforce the content by providing daily mini lessons in their classrooms. Ask your student(s) about the different ways they can practice mindfulness! We could all use a little more mindfulness this time of year. Merry Christmas!
