Congratulations to Hannah! She has been named a National Merit Scholarship Finalist. This is quite an achievement!
The National Merit Scholarship Program is an annual academic competition among high school students for recognition and college undergraduate scholarships. United States high school students enter the National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®), which serves as an initial screen of over 1.3 million entrants each year, and by meeting published program entry and participation requirements. From the 1.3 million students, only 16,000 become finalist.

HHS FBLA will be celebrating FBLA Week next week beginning Feb. 10th. Here is a day-to-day list of things we will be doing to promote and celebrate FBLA! Also, make sure to listen in to KNDY as our own Hannah Zarybnicky and Emma Kruse have recorded their answers to some interview questions regarding their experiences in FBLA.
Also, all elementary students are invited to dress up on those days listed. We will be awarding small class prizes at the end of the week to those elementary classes that participate. Teachers should send a picture of their class to Mrs. Jueneman as proof of participation.

First and second graders had fun, and got a little messy, making Valentines for the LTC. They'll add the final touches and deliver them next week!
