Today the yearbook staff held its first annual Yearbook Distribution Day. The idea to bring back writing in each other's yearbooks was introduced to staff when out selling yearbooks in Hanover. All high school students were invited to attend and refreshments were served. We feel like the event was a success and should be a new tradition. There were even some golden tickets hidden in some of the yearbooks for prizes.

Off to a great start! The Senior class led the Kindergarten class around the school to show them the building and make some new friends!

All 7-12 students who plan to participate in sports must have all their requirements done by your first practice on August 18th! Athletes must : 1. Watch Concussion video 2. Have their physicals turned in to the office (SJ students turn theirs in to SJ).

We will be available to pay enrollment fees today from 7 till 2. (I will not be in after 2). If you can't make it today, tomrrow I will be here from 8 till 2 and Friday 8 till 10:45. Monday I will be in 7:30 till 3:30. Please pay your fees before the start of the school year. Reminder that fees need to be paid before participating in extra curricular activities.
We are looking to add high school cheerleading back to our programs we offer! With this new opening we will be taking applicants and interviewing. If we can get enough students to sign up for cheerleading we will be able to offer it for the 2025-26 school year!

School Supply Lists are posted on the school website. Go to USD223.org In the top left corner go to the schools dropdown menu and select Hanover. Click on the menu button, then select Documents. Click on the folder labeled Supply Lists. Select on teacher to see the list. Reminder Elementary students- Washington Health and Drug has your school supplies ready to be picked up July 30, July 31, and August 1 from 8:30-12:30 and 1:15 till 5:30.
