Many thanks to the parents, grandparents , students , and teachers who came through and looked at our animal projects in our animal wax museum! The first graders were beyond excited all day today and could not wait to show off their projects! Many thanks to Karissa Dittmer, Karsyn’s grandma, Angie Rogge, Mrs. Napier and her art students for helping paint faces and getting students dressed into costumes!!

A special thanks to Murlana Kern who did in-person interviews and Brooke Beier who did Zoom interviews with freshmen students.
The photos were taken after interviews, so keep in mind they may have changed into comfortable shoes and loosened their tie!
Today during class, they will find out who the top interviews were.

We are still looking to fill these supplemental positions. If interested, please contact Trevor Kuhlman and turn in an application. Thanks.

As we close this teacher appreciation week, I want to take a moment to recognize our teachers at Hanover and Linn Schools for all the hard work, dedication, and care they give to their students, families, and communities! Our teachers at USD 223 are simply amazing at what they do! We are very proud of our schools and their accomplishments which is largely due to the work and dedication of our teachers/staff and family support.
Thank you also to the communities for your support of our schools, teachers and staff! It is only in working together that we can accomplish this tremendous task of educating our youth! Our 2023 state assessment scores and ACT scores are again among the highest in the state and I would expect a 2024 results to be the same!
Congratulations to our seniors on their up coming graduations this Sunday. They are well prepared for post secondary life thanks to their hard work as well as that of our teachers, staff, coaches, families and the support of the respective communities!

The first and second graders had a great time visiting their nursing home friends today! It was our last visit of this school year! We wish them all a wonderful summer!

Senior students signed letters of intent for their future plans last week during Senior Signing Day! Congratulations to all of the soon-to-be graduates!
