Order of events for today's track meet

High school students traveled to the University of Kansas last weekend for the annual World Language Fair. Students could choose which world language sessions they attended as well as speak to many college representatives about their programs. Some highlights were Japanese calligraphy, Caribbean rumba dance class, the Roman selfie, Korean pop culture, and flamenco dancing. We have attended every year that KU has put on the event!

The Linn Football Team would like to invite everyone to come out on April 26th at 7:00 pm and enjoy some Donkey Basketball! Tickets are currently for sale by purchasing from a current (grades 7-11) football player. If interested in riding a donkey and participating, please talk to a football player, as they are putting teams together! Hope to see everyone there!

Due to some scheduling conflicts, we will NOT be attending the JH Track meet in Mankato on April 18th. We don't want to put our kids in a position where they miss any opportunities. We were, however, able to pick up a meet in Osbone on April 19th. This will be an all day event, with the meet starting in the morning. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

Both Basketball and Football meetings tonight it is encouraged for athletes and parents to attend. Hopefully can finalize some plans for the summer tonight!

Reminder: tonight there will be a girls basketball meeting (all current 5-11 grade players) at 5:30 in the New Gym Commons. After that at 6, there will be a Football meeting (current 6-11 grades) to talk fundraiser and summer plans.

Results from yesterday's track meets. We had a lot of kids improve from the last meet with their marks/times!

Last night, Liam Voelker and Geni Turk served as the delegates for the Linn FFA Chapter at the North Central FFA District banquet in Ellsworth. They listened to speeches by officer candidates and helped in electing the team for the upcoming year.
