Parents/Athlete Reminder: You must have a completed physical, Concussion & Head Injury Release Form, and watch the Concussion/Heat Illness Videos before the start of your first practice (Aug 16.) Failure to complete all of these things means you are unable to practice. Print off the certificates of the videos and send to Coach Kuhlman. Double check all Physical Forms and make sure they are signed by all parties! Then click on courses, search for Concussion for Student, Heat Illness Prevention and complete the videos. High school students can enjoy the coffee bar on Friday mornings at 7:45.
The Jamboree event for football between Linn, Washington Co, Blue Valley, and Axtell has been moved to Linn on Aug 27 starting @ 7pm
First HS Football practice will take place Aug 16th at 6:00 am on the game field. JH will practice same date starting at 3:30 pm. HS Football Parent meeting will take place on Aug 18th at 6:00 pm in the library.

Our new superintendent, Mr. Lee Schmidt, operations director, Mr. Tim Meuller, new LINN Principal, Mrs. Locke, Athletic Director, Trevor Kuhlman, and Weiche Contractors met to discuss the next project. As soon as the new gym is complete the goal is to begin the weight room.

Gym Updates
Wooden floor was laid this week. Concessions has lots of cabinets, two windows and space! The foyer is getting sprinkler system and duct work completed AC is on and working!
