Parent Teacher conferences have been moved to March 6th to accommodate families that will be attending Sub State basketball on March 2-3. March 3rd - no school for students, teacher inservice. March 6th - 7th-12th grade Student Led conferences. Students will present to their parents/guardians. Make sure to check with your child later this week for sign up times. Student led conferences will be in 30 minute blocks. The student led portion will go no longer than 15 minutes. The remaining 15 minutes will be to visit other teachers. Thanks!

HHS FBLA President Hope White and Reporter Hannah Zarybnicky attended the USD223 School Board Meeting Monday night to promote CTE courses and CTSO’s, in particular FBLA. They also presented a Thank You card signed by some FBLA members, along with a box of cookies to show FBLA’s appreciation of their support of our organization.

English 7 kicked off the argument unit with a mock trail. Depending on each individual's role, student are prosecuting, defending, or deliberating on whether Katrina is guilty of murdering Lord Dudley. The mock trial is based on the text "The Asprey Whites" by Jason Brody.)

Correction: Junior High Tack and Field meeting for grades 6 through 8 will be on February 27 at 3:10. The first day of practice will be February 28. Tentatively, a parent meeting is scheduled for February 28 at 5:45 PM in the cafeteria. (Subject to change based on substate basketball games.)

Swayer Rippe and Kamryn O’Dell represented Hanover at the Washington Co. Spelling Bee. Kamryn is the 2nd place winner. Congratulations to all participants.

The kindergarten showed off their 100 day hats today.

5th and 6th tested their bridges! Each bridge held around 70 pounds with none of them breaking!! Pretty impressive!
