Tomorrow's middles session will be fall sports during weights. If your child is not out for a fall sport, they do not need to be there at 7 am. If they are planning on playing a sport, we encourage them to attend as it will be skill development focus. Incoming 6th grade boys are welcome to attend the
football stuff if they have an interest.
Also HS Football will meet at 7 pm tomorrow night for practice.
With HS Girls at Hastings for basketball camp, 3 on 3 tonight will start at 6:30 instead of 6 to allow more time to get back. Thanks

Driver's Ed Update
Students received an email from their instructor May 29. Please have your student share the email with you and have them complete the responsibilities. The email will explain a few things for everyone. Parents, online coursework is requested to be completed by June 16 if not earlier. Check with your students as several have not completed any lessons.

Good luck to Conner Ohlde as he finishes up his high school career at the state track meet! Conner will be competing in the High Jump (Friday at 8:00 am), Long Jump (11:30 am Friday), and Triple Jump (3:00 pm Saturday.) Good luck Conner!
Here are the teams (reminder) and schedule for 3 on 3 which is starting June 2. Shirts are in, and will be passed out at weights/before 3 on 3 on Monday.

3 on 3 teams for the summer (corrected, I missed one team on the screenshot!)

Due to some scheduling conflicts, girls 3 on 3 will now start June 2nd ( original start was the 9th.) Dates will now be June 2,9, and 16. Sorry for the short notice.

MEET DAY NOTIFICATION

Fitness Center Notice: Please help keep our fitness center picked up and clean. There have been multiple times the past week where equipment has been left out and coaches have had to put equipment away. Everything has a place in the fitness center, so if you use something we ask that you please clean up after yourself. Also, please help keep our floors clean by wiping your shoes off before coming into the center. There was mud tracked everywhere, and our custodial staff works hard to keep our facilities clean. Please help respect what we have, we are fortunate to have such an awesome facility. Thanks

Open Supplemental Opportunities

As we finalize our maxing for weights, we would like to take a moment to recognize the hard work our students have put into the weight room this nine weeks. The record setters in their respective weight classes for this testing cycle are:
Dalton Oehmke- Squat
Conrad Winter- Squat
Maverik Klima- Squat
Dylan Ohlde- Bench, Squat
Cesar Alvarado- Bench, Clean, Squat
Baileigh Peters- Bench, Clean
Geni Turk- Clean, Squat

We would also like to recognize the growth our young athletes are making. With the conclusion of this year, we are adding six new record boards to encourage our student achievement. We track the growth our athletes make, and if they fall into the 40+, 60+, 80+, or 100+ lb growth categories, they will get to sign the board at conclusion of the May testing cycle. The baseline for these tests is taken at the end of each summer/first fall max, and we track gains/losses throughout the year. The following students got to sign the boards for the first time today!
40+ lb growth- Dylan Ohlde, Jesus Garcia, Azul Saenz, Britney Madera, Abril Alvarado, Baileigh Peters, Charlotte Wert
60+ lb growth- Greyson Ohlde, Cash Stunkel, Deavon Ohlde, Maverik Klima, Gavin Kibble

1. Abril Alvarado- 55 lbs
2. Azul Saenz, Britney Madera, Charlotte Wert- 45 lbs
Boys:
1. Cesar Alvarado- 165 lbs
