Yesterday, Linn FFA members competed at the North Central District FFA Land and Homesite Career Development Events (CDEs). Students determined soil textures, sloped, erosion, and land capability classes.

GAMEDAY NOTIFICATION
Summer EBT is available to all Kansas school children who are income-eligible to receive free and reduced-price meals during the school year. While many children were auto-issued for these benefits, plenty more can receive it, but only by completing an online form. Forms must be submitted by October 15, through the Department for Children and Families (DCF) website at www.dcfapp.kees.ks.gov.
Linn High School was recognized for being an All Star High School! The All Star High Schools went above and beyond by hosting an Apply Kansas event, FAFSA Completion events, and Senior Signing events for their graduating seniors.
Our Apply Kansas event will be on October 7th this year!

We are looking for two gate workers for tomorrows home volleyball games. Workers would need to report at 4:30 for New Gym and 5:30 for the Old Gym. We also are needing one gateworker for Friday at 5:45. If interested please let Coach Kuhlman know, thanks.

Linn High School will be hosting the District D Leadership Conference on Wednesday, October 9th. We will have over 300 students from 12 schools in our FCCLA district. Students will not be in session on that day.
Also, students will not be in session on October 11th because of district professional development.
Due to potential heat/humidy tomorrow, the JH XC race at Onaga has been cancelled.
